Driver Requirements

Valid driver's license
18+ years of age (16-17 with parent/guardian consent)
Signed liability waiver
Basic understanding of vehicle control

Vehicle Requirements

Rear-wheel drive vehicle
Functioning seat belts
No fluid leaks
Secure battery
Properly functioning brakes
