Liability Waiver
All participants (drivers and spectators) must read and sign our liability waiver before entering the event premises. This waiver outlines the inherent risks associated with motorsports activities and releases Air Capital Drift from liability.
Participant Waiver and Release of Liability
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING.
In consideration for being permitted to participate in any event organized, promoted, or sanctioned by Air Capital Drift ("ACD"), and activities related thereto ("Activities"), the undersigned participant ("Participant"), for themselves, their personal representatives, heirs, and next of kin:

Acknowledges, agrees, and represents that Participant understands the nature of the Activities and is qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such Activities. Participant further acknowledges that the Activities will be conducted over public roads and facilities open to the public during the Activities and upon which the hazards of traveling are to be expected. Participant further agrees and warrants that if at any time Participant believes conditions to be unsafe, Participant will immediately discontinue further participation in the Activities.

Fully understands that: (a) motorsport Activities involve risks and dangers of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis, and death ("Risks"); (b) these Risks and dangers may be caused by Participant's own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the Activities, the condition in which the Activities take place, or the negligence of the "Releasees" named below; (c) there may be other risks and social and economic losses either not known to Participant or not readily foreseeable at this time; and Participant fully accepts and assumes all such risks and all responsibility for losses, costs, and damages Participant incurs as a result of Participant's participation in the Activities.

Hereby releases, discharges, and covenants not to sue ACD, its administrators, directors, agents, officers, members, volunteers, and employees, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises on which the Activities take place (each considered one of the "Releasees" herein), from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on Participant's account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations, and further agrees that if, despite this release and waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement, Participant, or anyone on Participant's behalf, makes a claim against any of the Releasees, Participant will indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of the Releasees from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage, or cost which any may incur as the result of such claim.
This is a sample of our waiver. The complete waiver must be signed in person at the event.
Note: Minors (ages 16-17) must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign the waiver. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

Event Registration

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Event registrations may be canceled with the following refund schedule:
- More than 14 days before event: Full refund minus $10 processing fee
- 7-14 days before event: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before event: No refund
In case of event cancellation by Air Capital Drift due to weather or other circumstances, we will offer either a full refund or credit toward a future event.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Air Capital Drift or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Limitation of Liability
